The Young Advocates of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake County and members of the Historic Glenwood Neighborhood Association are hosting the Triangle’s premier event benefitting The Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake County. The 8th annual Appetite 4 Art event will take place on Thursday April 11, 2013 from 7 until 11 p.m. at Marbles Kids Museum in downtown Raleigh. Tickets are now available at: www.app4art.org
Appetite 4 Art engages Triangle residents in an evening of fun, food and art, while supporting an organization that impacts more than 4,500 children in Wake County. This event brings together young professionals, art lovers, business and community leaders to enjoy an upscale event, minus the black-tie!
Guests are invited to enjoy food and wine from premier local restaurants while bidding on donated art in the form of paintings, sculpture and fashion from renowned artists and designers, and a variety of other items from local businesses. Event organizers strive to incorporate unique art, fashion, experiences, tickets and other items that offer one-of-a-kind opportunities to guests.
Appetite 4 Art is an evening hosted by Boys & Girls Clubs Young Advocates featuring local food, drinks, art, music and fashion. All proceeds raised through ticket sales, auction, and donation are used to support fine arts programming for Club members 6-18 years old. Appetite 4 Art has raised more than $250,000 to support Boys & Girls Clubs of Wake County since 2006.
