Redress Fall Fashion Expo to Take Place this November at The Armory in Durham, NC
August 19, 2013 - Following on the heels of years of successful Spring eco-fashion shows, Redress Raleigh is excited to announce that the first-ever Fall Fashion Expo will take place on Saturday, November 16th from 2pm - 9pm at The Armory in Durham. This one-day event includes two fashion shows featuring vintage and designer collections, and an all-day marketplace showcasing incredible talent and responsibly-made products.
After interviewing numerous talented designers for inclusion in the fall show, there is no question that the Triangle is cultivating a creative fashion community. “This area has established itself as a leader in fashion sustainability” says Elizabeth Cline, the author of Overdressed: The Shockingly High Cost of Cheap Fashion. Designers of the Triangle are revolutionizing the fashion industry with their innovative, accessible and responsibly-produced designs. The Fall Fashion Expo will highlight the Triangle’s design community as a national and global leader of sustainable fashion and design.

Redress Raleigh connects and champions designers, companies, and customers to promote sustainability on any level of implementation through event production, consulting, and marketing.
